The Refugee staff of the Western Regional Office (WRO) in Asheville primarily works with Ukrainian, Moldavian, Russian and Belorussian refugees. Services offered include case management, translation, interpretation, and setting up vocational training, driver's education, and skills recertification. Refugee staff will also assist clients with transportation, referrals to the Health Department, citizenship and employment.
