Fr. Koterski, S.J. will also present "Dante's Divine Comedy and How to Solve Life's Ups and Downs" at the Day of Reflection for Seniors sponsored by the Elder Ministry Program on June 30, 2009, 10:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., at the Basilica of St. Lawrence in Asheville.  Click here for more information.

     We offer services including domestic adoption, international adoption, pregnancy support, counseling, Hispanic services, immigration services, brief services, youth services, elder ministry, family life, refugee resettlement, justice and peace education and advocacy, and economic development.

     Core services are offered by the Western Regional Office (Asheville), the Charlotte Regional Office, and the Piedmont Triad Regional Office (Winston-Salem), with a satellite office in Greensboro and High Point.  Hispanic and immigration services are offered by 
Casa Guadalupe (Piedmont).  Asheville Legal Migration Assistance (ALMA) offers immigration services.  The Latino Family Center in High Point provides Hispanic services.  

     The Burial Assistance Program
is available through the Charlotte Regional Office. Youth Programs from Winston-Salem (Piedmont Triad) are Host Homes and Youth Empowerment Support Services.

     We offer programs through our Family Life Office, the Office of Justice and Peace and the Refugee Resettlement Office. Elder Ministry, Respect Life, Marriage Preparation, Natural Family Planning (NFP), and National Disaster Relief are programs of the Family Life Office.

     The Office of Justice and Peace includes education, parish social ministry, Catholic Social Teaching, public policy and legislative work, and coordination of the Catholic Campaign for Human Development (CCHD) and Catholic Relief Services (CRS) educational programs, collections, and local grants as well as CRS disaster relief and Operation Rice Bowl (ORB).

     The Office of Economic Opportunity (OEO in Murphy, NC), a program of the Justice & Peace Office, coordinates the following programs: ABLE Financial Literacy, Growing Opportunities Grants and Awards, and Far West Families First.
