Host Homes receives funds from numerous sources. Our main funding comes from the following: Federal Runaway and Homeless Basic Center Grant; Department of Juvenile Justice Juvenile Crime Prevention Council, Sisters of Mercy Foundation, Fundraiser, Donations and the Charlotte Diocesan Support Appeal.
Currently, almost 7% of our annual funding comes from private contributions. Our fundraiser will raise 8% of our budget. In the coming year, we do not anticipate increases in our grants from the Diocese. Therefore, any increase in services will have to be funded by private contributions.
Please take a moment to consider helping Host Homes. No contribution is too small and every contribution is important when it comes to helping preserve the families of our community.
